When you fill out a form in Instafill.ai, your files are stored on our servers in Microsoft Azure data centers. This lets you reuse previously uploaded data without re-uploading files each time. For most workflows that’s useful, but some users need their data gone as soon as the form is done – not stored, even temporarily.
Remove files immediately after processing gives you that option. Check it before you submit, and Instafill.ai deletes everything from our servers the moment the form is filled.
How it works
Before submitting a form, check “Remove files immediately after processing” at the bottom right of the page. Once Instafill.ai fills the form, the completed PDF is automatically downloaded to your computer and all uploaded data is permanently deleted from our servers – source files, input data, and the filled PDF itself.
You see the confirmation on the Results tab right after the form is processed:

How to enable it
- Open a form on AI form filler and go to the Input or Files tab.
- Enter your data or upload the source files.
- Check “Remove files immediately after processing” at the bottom right of the page.
- Click Submit. Instafill.ai fills the form, saves the completed PDF to your computer, and permanently deletes all files and data from our servers.
What to keep in mind
Since everything is deleted after processing, previously uploaded files and input data won’t be available for auto-refill in future sessions. If you need to fill the same form again, you’ll re-upload your files and start a new session.
Useful for GDPR compliance and strict data requirements
This option is particularly useful for users in the EU who need to comply with GDPR, and for anyone who simply doesn’t want their data stored on our servers at all – even for a short time. With this checkbox enabled, nothing stays on our servers after the form is done. The system was built to support exactly this requirement.
